How Do I Get Program Management Certified?

The first phase of earning PgMP® certification is a panel review evaluation followed by a rigorous 170 multiple-choice question exam within four hours. To write the exam you need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Secondary degree (high school diploma)

  • 6,000 hours of project management experience

  • 10,500 hours of program management experience

    Or -

  • Four-year degree

  • 6,000 hours of project management experience

  • 6,000 hours of program management experience
