James “escaped” from Los Angeles, California (population 10.8 million) 10 years ago.  He used to live in Post Falls, Idaho (population 25,000), which is near Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and Spokane, Washington . . . and is 98 miles from Canada . . . and 68 miles from Montana.  Now he lives in Monument, CO . . . across the highway from the Air Force Academy.  James and Colleen Patrice McAllister, his wife, have four children (two sons . . . James - 37 and Jason - 34 . . . and two daughters . . . Kimberly - 38 and Kelly - 33) and six grandchildren (five boys  . . . Cameron - 17, Connor - 13, Logan - 12, Ethan - 8, and William - 2 . . . and one girl . . . Breck - age 5). Mr. Haner is a Doctor of Philosophy candidate in Adult Education at Walden University in Florida.  He “hopes” to finish in 2007.  His dissertation topic is the Transcendent Integrative Learning Experience (TILE).  "As we move from the information age to the knowledge age, we must explore what it means for learners to transcend themselves and what it means for educators to foster learning that is deep and durable – and may last a lifetime." James has a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the American University where he was associated with the internetworking of the White House for President Jimmy Carter. He earned an MBA degree from the Claremont Graduate School and took classes from Peter F. Drucker, “the father of modern management.”  He holds an undergraduate in Mathematics with a minor in Psychology from the University of La Verne. Interested in bringing James L.
